Ingredients for about 4 patties:
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Hamburger Patties

Mix all together.

Take a small amount and make a patty.

Fry until brown on both sides in hot oil or butter.
