Ingredients
for 6-8 servings:
2 chickens (2 to 2-1/2 pounds each), quartered, rinsed and patted dry
Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce

Grilled BBQ Chicken Recipe
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Place chicken in a large roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; lightly brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350F, then bake 40 minutes longer.
Preheat barbecue grill with medium-hot coals.
Grill chicken 15 minutes (3-4 inches from heat), brushing with rest of sauce and turning halfway through grilling.
