Ingredients for :
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
6 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
9 oz. maraschino cherry halves; drained
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1-2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. melted chocolate

 

 Cherry Nut Easter Eggs

Cherry Nut Easter Eggs

Cook milk, butter and pudding over low heat until well blended and

thickened.

Remove from heat and add cherries, nuts and enough sugar to make a thick consistency.

Form mixture into 10 egg-shaped balls.

Place on wax paper and chill until firm.

Dip cooled eggs in melted chocolate.
